My dad is 60 and he had a earache he said it was like a stabbing pain once in awhile ignored it for awhile and also noticed a bump behind his ear (behind his ear where it is indented) doc said no ear infection, but the lump needs to be removed and said it is cancerous. How do they know that without any tests done? What kind of Cancer would this be called and could it be a lympnode?
