I have ADD, ODC, slight Depression, and Bulimia. I used to be Anorexic. My psychiatrist prescribed me Lexapro to help with the OCD and Depression, and Ritalin for the ADD (attention deficit disorder). Also, he said these medications will help with my eating disorder, because a lot of my Bulimia is from being obsessed, which comes from my ODC (obsessive-compulsive disorder). Is this true? I haven't started the pills all together yet, I used to take ritalin and then i stopped and took lexapro, but this was before I became Bulimic, now I'm not on anything. I'm kind of scared to take the pills, but if they will help I will take them!! Does anyone know anything about this? I really want to get my life in control. And that means stopping the binge and purging habits.
