Q: Bulge in trousers

My boyfriend keeps complaining about bulge which is evident when he wears a flat front trouser. It is affecting him negatively and taking all the happiness in him. He doubts if people would think he is a pervert. Besides, he likes to be good looking in contemporary fits and feels extremely depressed and jealous when other men wear flat fronts without having an obvious bulge on their trousers.

Is there anything he could do to resolve this issue.
