On and off for around 3 or 4 years I go
through phases of bulemia..
I'm not sure why.. I mean, I'm incredibly
self-conscious and I hate the way I
look..
When I'm going through my phases I throw
up all of my meals and all of my snacks -
I'm constantly throwing up pretty much. My
family has noticed it (and the marks on
the toilet) and they tell me to stop and
that I need help, but I deny everything.
I'm not sure why - I know I need help.
My boyfriend knows I do it and he tries to
stop me but it doesn't work..
What can I do?
Prior to bulemia I also had phases of
Anorexia where I would go around 5 days
without eating or eating very little...
