I recently noticed I am usually leaving a high amount of bubbles in the toilet after urinating. I obviously was very concerned about my kidneys. My Doctor sent me for blood work and I had the following results.

Creatinine 0.82
EGFR NON-AFR American: 120

It is my understanding that these results do not indicated kidney trouble?

I was puzzled by the bubbles in my urine but relieved at the results of the blood work.

I take a Multivitamin, 1000MG of vitamin c, 100mg of vitamin B1, 500 MCG of B12, 100 MG of B6, and a multivitamin.

Now i started just taking the different B vitamins very recently.

Today I was out to breakfast with my wife about 20 minutes after taking all of my vitamins and I felt a sudden burning sensation on my arms and in my face that quickly started to feel better but I can still feel a tiny bit.

I was reading this could be an overdose of B12... which leads me back to my initial concern about my kidney function...

How concerned should I be with these bubbles and this sudden burning sensation give my blood work results?

Any help is appreciated. My doctors office told me my kidneys are fine ( from my blood results) but I am concerned about the symptoms I have.

On a side note I started watching what I eat and running again ( up to 3 miles) and I feel great and my cholestrol results were around 137 for total and also my heart rate avg dropped from high 70's to mid 60's in a short period of time.

If your Creatinine is that good you should be fine...Believe me I know I have had 2 Kidney Transplants.. Do not over medicate yourself with vitamins and products like Aleeve and Advil.. Extream foamy urine can mean loss of Protien in your urine.(which is a sign of failure) Kidney failure comes with highblood pressure, anemia, and extream tiredness. Personally I think your kidneys are fine Smile
