Bad breath can often be the first sign of a disease. But how do doctors define bad breath and what are the major causes of bad breath?...
Did you know that bad breath can be associated with sinus problems? Learn more about the common (and unfamiliar) causes of bad breath here....

Hi,

I was wondering if anyone could help. I have been suffering from bruxism and as a result my dentist says I have a tongue thrust habit (Does anyone else suffer from this?) She says I have an overbite, an openbite and a cross bite at the back of my teeth and in her opinion this is why I brux. Does anyone agree with this? The thing is she has fitted me with an expansion brace from my upper jaw (an upper 3D shwartz) and a expansion brace for my lower jaw (a lower shwartz). The only problem is I am bruxing into the top brace as it is covered in hard plastic and don't know how I can stop? Please please help this is driving me crazy x
