For about a week nowI've been getting a bruise type feeling under my right breast. I have a dog and in the mornings he gets very excited trying to give kisses. Thing is he jumps all over me and has even bruised my eye once. I cant remember if he had jumped on me before getting this pain. Im wondering if this pain is to do with cancer or by a very excited dog, bruising a rib.

When i lie down it hurts the most, i have small breast and i have checked for lumps and found one or two but believe them to be natural lumps in a breast. I have always been too worried to check them myself on a regular basis and get my partner to do this.

looking for anyone that has been in a similar situation to give me some advise.
