For the last few years I have been developing these splotches all over my arms. Upper and lower part of my arms and on my hands. They look sort of like bruises,but more brown in color and they don't hurt. It is in my skin meaning its not like a rash. Every night I take 2 benedryls to help with allergies, I take a multi-vitamin once a day and 1 Zantac 150mg twice a day. I am 100 lbs overweight.PLEASE let me know what you think it could possibly be. I went to my family doctor when it first started and he thought it could be rosacea, and told me to watch to see if it changed with anything that I ate. It doesn't change color, but it has spread and gotten worse. Thank you for any advice!
