bruised lip and jaw lump

Hi all! So I am a 20 year old female and I've been living with TMJ for a few years now. Some mornings I wake up with pain/popping in my jaw but I know this to be the TMJ. Well this morning was very different. Not only did I wake up with painful jaw joints (after pulling an all nighter to finish up my final projects for school and only getting 3 hours of sleep in the morning) but this time I also have a swollen/bruised lower lip AND a tender lump on my chin (directly under the bruise on my lip). I have never experienced this before! I know I must have been grinding my teeth because the inside of my cheek is pretty chewed up but I can't figure out how I got the lump on my chin! The lump is more like the kind you get after banging into something and is tender to the touch but I don't remember hitting into anything! There is also redness on my skin where the lump is. Could this be related to the TMJ? Or should I seek a doctors opinion?

FYI, I slept this morning on 3 chairs put side by side. Not very comfy I assure you...
