This is my 3rd pregnancy. I miscarried in my first 2 and the symptoms I am experiencing with this pregnancy are completely different. I have recently noticed a pale brownish discharge and slight cramping like period pains. I am at 9 weeks and am concerned this may be the start of another miscarriage. I have a doctor apt on Friday, but thought I would get some opinions before then. Thanks xx

Every pregnancy is different, so your symptoms this time won't be like your symptoms last time.
