Hello everyone

Im having a problem and i would really like your opinion about what i should do. the last time i saw my period was in april and it was brown spotting that last about 2-3 weeks that was the second time it happen. i went to the doctor he told me to take Birth Control pill.its now June 28 and i started to see more brown spotting on friday june 26. i dont know what to do because im now thinking that i may not be able to have children maybe its cancer, or something scary.the reason why i think infertility is a possiblity is because my aunt is infertile. Im really scared and i also started to stress about it. Im only 20 years should this be happening to me? what should i do ? should i change my diet i have millions of questions going through my head YOUR OPINIONS MATTERS TO ME ALOT and i THANK YOU FOR THEM
