Q: Brown spotting before period?

Yesterday I had light pink discharge but after awhile it stopped, today I'm having light brown spotting. I'm not supposed to start my period until next week. My boyfriend and I messed around about 3 days ago, he did not cum or go into my vagina, but we were naked and our parts were touching. Would that have anything to do with it?
Please help, I am very scared.

If your period is late, take a pregnancy test.
