Q: Brown spots on the hand

I woke up with these brown spots on my hand and I don't know where they came from....they don't hurt, I can't feel them, should I be scared?

Current medical status: Breast Exam ( Ultrasound) they found a cyst haven't heard anything yet....
Current medical treatment: BC, Pariet

I can’t tell you anything without seeing the “brown spots” on your hand.
