Over the last few months, or possibly longer, I have been developing brown, freckle-like spots on my feet, especially my right foot. Mostly an area about 2" by 0.75" just behind my middle three toes on the top, but a few scattered all the way to my ankle. I have some on the left but not as many.

They do not itch, they aren't raised or rash-like - they just appear a different color. Was curious if it could be neuropathy, since I occasionally have mild tingling or pain in my feet and hands (but it's minor and rare and not consistent, and I've never been diagnosed.)

Any other ideas?
