Q: Brown spot on middle shaft

I was a frequent masturbator back in high school. At one point I did it once a day for a month. Then one day a small blister formed on the middle shaft of the penis. At first I thought nothing of it, but then it began to itch. And whenever I itched puss would ooze out and I would feel a minor throbbing pain. So I went to the doctor, but he didnt mention anything about STD's or STI's. He prescribed me with an ointment so the wound healed. However, multiple brown spots formed on the middle shaft. One on the left side the size of a large pill and one on the right side the width of three spaghetti strings put together. As a college student now the brown spot is still present. I am worried that my future partner might recognize it as a STD or something. Can anybody tell me how get rid of it or what this brown spot might be? I am under immense stress regarding this issue.

Some additional Info: I recently had my family physician take a quick look at it during my check up and according to him it was just a scar tissue.

I use to wrestle back in high school. And my coaches warned us about some type of herpes might be present on the mats.

I used to use lotion frequently whenever I masturbated.

Any suggestions or info would be appreciated. Thank you.
