Sounds like your period. I'm 39 but I remeber that's exactly the way I started. My sister even joked that I had pooped my pants. I would say talk to your Mother if you feel comfortable doing that but at least use a panty liner and see what happens. If it turns more red then it would be your period. You're that age.
