Q: Brown patches on skin

Hello.

For the longest time, I have had a brown area around and including my armpit. It also existed in my groin area (between where skin contacts). lately however, it started to appear on the upper half of my arms, towards my chest. I also got it where my toes extend from my feet. It is slightly raised from the skin but it is flat. It is colored brown, almost like dirt, but it obviously is not dirt.

Often, skin problems are difficult to diagnose via description only. I'd suggest that you schedule an appointment with a dermatologist who diagnoses primarily via visual inspection. Here's some information on url=http://www.dermnet.org.nz/lesions/frec kles.html]brown spots and freckles[/url].
