24 yr old male
Used to smoke marijuana (1yr occasionally followed by 1/2yr almost daily) but stopped 8 weeks ago.
Never smoked regular cigarettes.
Used to be very active and fit.

9 weeks ago i had rapid heart palpitations when i smoked so i cut down but something felt wrong.
8 weeks ago i had a panic attack, a feeling of not being able to breathe(tightening of the throat, felt pale etc).

Was sent to to hospital where they took a chest x-ray, blood tests and blood pressure. Found nothing abnormal and they said it was probably a virus. After this i laid in bed for 3 days just feeling really sick and having cold sweats, dizziness

Have since been seeing a psychologist and the throat sensation has disappeared.

About 4 weeks ago i got a cold from one of my roomies and just as is was getting better i got a slight infection of my nasal passage (orange/light brown mucus).

After that went away i started feeling a shortness of breath (gets worse with physical activity) and couching up brownish mucus. I occasionally feel a side stich but it occurs just to the left of my solar plexus.

Just trying to provide the total picture in case this is all related.

I have seen a doctor who found nothing wrong and today i saw a lung specialist who ordered a complex lung function test, echocardiogram and a exercise stress test. He checked my breathing with a stethoscope and could not hear any signs of asthma.

If anyone has an idea of what this could be due to i would greatly appreciate any input. as this has totally halted my exercises and made studying much harder.

Best regards

For now, I believe that you have some mild upper respiratory infection.
Can you report me the results from those lung and heart diagnostic procedures?
