Q: Brown lines on penis ?

I have had them for like a few years I belive and I just found this site today so I just asked, the brown lines are on the base of my penis and there is a ring around my penis. are these bruises or scars from getting my forskin cut off when I was young?

If I remember correctly it's just the scars from where they removed the foreskin.
