Q: Brown Discharge

Hi I've been having some kind of brownish red discharge instead of my normal period and it worries me because I have never experienced that before. I've had re-current miscarriages and was indeed trying for another baby,but the brown blood is a little heavy but not so much. Can somebody please help make me understand whats going on? Should I be worried?
