hiya i was also on depo for about 18months and never went back in april for the next as decided i wanted to come off due to a number of side effects... it also stopped my periods completely but 4 months on have the brown dishargeafter a few days i now have a 'proper period' - i think its just the body reacting to not having the inj and your system trying to clear itself out. i wouldnt worry to much unless it goes on for ages X

i was on the depo for 3 years, i never had a perios while on the shot. Finally after a year and a half of being off the depo i think my period is finally starting to come back. My period has been "coming back" for the last 2 weeks in brown blobs though, i know tmi. Does anyone know if this is the bodies way of "cleaning itself" or something like that???
