Hello and welcome to eHealth forum!

Normally once the periods end there should be no discharge. A can be due to a foreign body (like a condom or tempon left behind) or due to cervical cancer or dysplasia, fibroids in uterus, endometriosis, or due to fungal infection. You will need ultrasound, STD panel and PAP smear for confirmed diagnosis. Please consult your gynecologist regarding this as a confirmed diagnosis is not possible on net. Hope this helps. Take care!
