Brown Discharge but there is no foul odor, pain, tenderness.

I recently got back on Ortho Evra Tricyln Lo, after not being on it for 3 years, and having had a son a year ago. I had my period 2 days late on January 30th and was on it till Feburary 5th. I began my birth control on Feb 3rd and have been taking it every morning since. My fiance though around the 9th didnt pull out in time and came inside of me. Since then I have been having brown and red discarge for over a week now, everytime I wipe, and it gets on my panties. I am worried it could be something serious, but there is no foul odor, pain, tenderness... So I dont know what to do, I have never experienced this before, not even early on in my pregnancy with my son.. Please help! By the way I am only 20 years old!
