I am having PCO after taking letrozole and hcg fostimon injection i conceived and now i am about 3 weeks pregnanat. Earlier i was having a brown discharge but recently i spotted a red blood but there is no abdominal pain or a clot and the blood is also not like period, it comes soemtimes when i urinate is this things are normal in early pregnancy.Please help me.
