Brown discharge after miscarriage

i had a miscarriage. i stopped bleeding but i still have the discharge of brown stuff, not heavy at all but when i wipe it shows a little on the toilet paper. is that normal? and also how long do i have to wait until i can start haveing sex again to try again for another baby.

After miscarriage, usually there is discharge for 14-21 days and the color changes from frank bleeding to brownish to yellow to clear. If it was a vey early first trimester miscarriage, then you can start immediately trying.

However if it was late first trimester or later miscarriage, it is wiser to wait for 3 months before conceiving again. Please discuss with your gynecologist once. Hope this helps. Take care!
