Q: Brown discharge after having sex

Saturday, My girlfriend and I had sex and after we finished I noticed there was a small amount of blood on the condom. I lasted a lot longer so I may have stretched her hymen more. The amount of blood on the condom wasn't much, it was the amount you'd get in a paper cut.

She called me this morning and told me that she had some brown discharge monday and this morning. She also told me that her period is supposed to start today. She said it happened once Monday and once today. She said "it was barely tan and I could tell it was dried blood" and "if it wasn't against the toilet paper, I wouldn't have noticed."

Did I cause that brown discharge? Is she pregnant? Is this her period being weird? She told me she feels PMS-y and we also have sex with protection 100% condom every time. So don't tell me "You should have used a condom", we did every time.

We also had sex 2 saturdays ago and I used a condom.

Also, she just told me she is having really bad cramps, the kind she has when she has her period.

i suggest you should use pregnancy test device, i mean your girlfriend not you ayt? Smile

or better yet go see your doctor for a proper diagnosis.

I have same sort of question as holybass in that I was on depro shot and only been off it a couple months now since I was to have next shot and my BF and recently started having small amounts of brown discharge when totally stressed out every so often I figured was just my body trying to get back to normal but when had sex when I had no spotting it came out all over him. What could cause that, if it is old blood last time I had period was in May/June 2008.

I hope you are using other forms of birth control if you are no longer taking the shot.

The blood is your body trying to get back to normal, that can take many months after being on depo.
