Q: brown blood period or internal bleeding?

my period ended a week and now its back again. It was from like brown staining to normal mensuration type of blood. Am i okay? As i have never experience this before. And i did not have sex or anything. I'm scared that i may have some internal bleeding? help me please.

I never did find out what causes the brown discharge, but I got rid of it by taking 400 IU of natural vitamin E every day. After a couple of weeks, it would go away. If I stopped the vitamin E, it would return. It's worth a try. Maybe the Dr has another idea.
