I broke my nose a bit over a month ago, then a week later ended up with a bump in my septum from a lateral impact. I saw a doctor both times, and breathing is normal (mostly), ten days after it, he looked into my nose and said everything looked fine. When I cover my nostrils up and inhale or exhale, I hear a clicking sound. Also, my cartilage feels 'skinnier' than it was, and possibly more bendy.

I also have trouble with the valsalva maneuver, which is a problem, because I'm a diver (haven't tried again since the break).
