Well, you will have no problem getting into an emergany room for temorary casting etc. But, they are going to tell you to follow up with an orthopedist and that is where you will run into prolems. You can always pay off the hospial bill. But, it is going to be very hard to find a specialist that will take a payment plan. I would not give up though. Your very well might get lucky.
