Q: Broca's area in the right cerebral hemisphere

I'm studying Psychology at school and one of the interesting things I found was that Broca's area is in the right hemisphere instead of the left in approximately 5% of people. I was just wondering (I researched myself and couldn't find anything) if Broca's area being in the right hemisphere can impair speech production in anyway.
