Starting yesterday morning I have had bright yellow diarrhea about every hour and severe nausea. The diarrhea is liquid. I get dry heaves because I have had very little to eat. Practically nothing yesterday. Today I have had some sharp abdominal pain. I feel a little better today but am concerned. I had gastric bypass surgery in September 2006. I am drinking as much water as I can. My brother mentioned that he had the same symptoms a week ago and it went away within 24 hours. Maybe it's just an intestinal bug. Any suggestions?
