Bright white spot in lung

Had a shoulder xray today and i looked over at the monitor and saw my lung and shoulder and I noticed what appeared to be a bright white circle on the very right side of my left lung sorta in the middle of the lung....I am about to have a panic attack....Help what is this?????

As I have not seen your x-ray, I can only speculate about what you were seeing (by now, hopefully, you have the Radiologist's report, and your concerns will hopefully have been addressed by this report). One possible explanation is the circular appearance of the aorta where it curves down towards the back of the chest after arising from the heart.
