hello

i am 26 yr old. today morning, i saw few bright red drops of blood in my stool. i also
found on the tissue paper i used to wipe. i am also having little itchy feeling
around my anus. i was shocked and have been constantly getting worried about it
today.

all my life i was little irregular regarding poop schedule. but i go once or
twice everyday. once in a while, i get this urge to poop but it subdues in
few minutes. i am worried that it could be colon cancer. i called up the oncall
doctor and she said it could be hemmorroid and asked to me visit in a day or two.

i am not overweight.i go to gym regularly and stay fit.
does anyone have any idea what could be going wrong as i am really worried.
