6 weeks ago I had an episode of chest pain and left arm numbness while driving. Since then I have experienced regular bouts of palpatations both at rest and during excercise and occasionally get mild discomfort in my chest. I am now finding myself getting breathless when climbing stairs or on excercise. My Dr did an ecg and ruled out a heart attack. ( which I never thought it was anyway) and he is sending me for a treadmill test as he thinks there is a possibility that it could be angina. (Even though the blood tests he did for cholestral etc all came back normal) I feel he is over reacting.. Has anyone else had these symptoms .. and what did it end up being?
