From young I had encountered such symptoms when I smell certain unknown chemical (the chemicals mix to create foams for beds or car seats etc: -

1. Extreme difficult to breath.
2. Lungs feels like not expanding.
3. Lungs feels like flooded with phlegms, need to keep coughing and clears the phlegms.
4. Try breathing thru mouth faced similar issues although more air was exchanged, so slightly relieved but still very breathless.
5. Sometimes so serve that I don't have the breath to talk.
6. Usually cleared after 1-2 hours.

Recently, after sometime of observation, when I am in selected air-conditioned situation, when I breathe in the cold air from the aircon, the symptoms started to appear again...

The confusion part was: -

1. Only seems to happened in the last 12 months.
2. Suspected Asthma, but unable to assentain.
3. Not all the time. Not consistent. So far I have identified those "triggering" aircons are my living room, nearby selective shopping mall, my car etc.
4. The aircons in my office, my bedroom, other shopping mall does not seems to cause it.
5. Suspected aircon as trigger because for those suspected aircons, when I purposely stand below the fan and take couple of breathe, the symptoms start....

Question: How to I instead of avoiding triggers, able to get treatment or remove such an allergy?
