I am breathing but just like a normally do whats wrong I mean I can breath fine my heart is just beating out of the ordinary could it be stress
Question please say there is nothing to be worried about

hello anxiety can cause this and sometimes chest pain. I used to suffer breathing problems like you when i was stressed out..need to learn to relax and it should calm down.
if gets out of hand give your doctor a visit.

Yes, i believe I have the same thing, what start mine is when of a morning i have this dread to get up because of this problem that what triggers mine and can be miserable all day like this. sometimes and can get myself to feel better lot of time not. I don't know if my body is real tense or not. I figured fussing with my 14 year old son all the time puts stress on me. but i've had also anxiety attacks on and off since 1993 and before that a little anxiety since I was 15 and on. It seem like every time I had a Child i would experience something different i'm 45 now. I feel like i'm the only one that had this problem i always tell myself there's something wrong with me that's why I can't feel better on my own.
