Hello, I am alivia and from last couple of months i am suffering from uncaugtable things. When i reached home by7 after office, i feel suffocation, headache which start from near by eyebrows, side of forehead and slowly reached to back side of neck. I feel like someone has kept some weight on my head, its untolerable. At night ican't sleep properly because ofhigh breathing, my throat become so dry with no saliva in mouth and so i can't intake or breath, feel like humphing. Also, i feel so tired and physically weak. but in morning evrything is fine. These symptoms are not regular but happens in a week or two. I am so worried and scared consulting a doctor also. Any herbal products or therapy, meditation, exercise tips are there then plese suggest.

It really sounds like something you should talk to your doctor about it. Are you feeling a lot of stress or anxiety during the day?

Yea i am sitting on computer desk from morning 10 to evening 6 and after that from 10p.m. till 1a.m. also i worked. These days i have some pressure of work that i have to do. But then i get up early morning at 6 and do some meditation. Morning i never feel any stress, rarely at 11 or 12 noon i feel like i hav to inhale long breathe for proper braething otherwise i feel so suffocated.

Why i don't want to consult Doctor because they will tell me to undergo number of tests. and its little bit about financial problem. so i prefer some herbal medicine with no side effect, for stress or anxiety or anything you feel can work.

The best ways to beat stress and anxiety are meditation, relaxation techniques, etc. Basically anything that makes you feel calm- whatever works for you. Regular exercise would help too.

The reason I suggested the doctor is because you'll want to rule out any physical ailments. Do you have a history of asthma or anything?

I do agreed tat Meditation and relaxation techniques work, and the best natural economic way to solve the problem of stress, for that i joined one group also but it is just because of time problem, i can't help.

But now also i tried to get up half an hour early and do meditation. As i told that after meditation i feel so fresh and good in morning but the problem increase at evening again.

Now i can't afford to do meditation in evening also coz of jam packed timings.
I just want some pain relief or herbal medication so that it will relieve me at least some hours so that i can pass some time with my family, otherwise because of this pain, i couldn't work and nor even i can spend time with my family.
I feel like i am surrounded with problems now...
