Do you have this lung pain all the time? I'm not sure if you have it during your period or all the time. Is it worse during your period? Have you seen your doctor? Does deep breathing or coughing make it worse?

You should consider the diagnosis of endometriosis
(EM). EM is when the tissue that lines the uterus is growing and
shedding in a place it shouldn't. It is usually in the pelvis and
causes pain prior to and often times during menses. It has been
found in areas outside the pelvis such as the lung, nose, etc. Women with these symptoms complain of pain in these areas with menses along with coughing up blood or nosebleeds.

I would see your doctor about this possibility

Lung pains all the time, and yes they get worst during my period.
I have not went to see a doctor about it, and cant.
Any information that you could give me leading to a answer would be highly appreciated.

You could try clicking on the 'ask a doctor' tab on the forum. There are MDs who can help you with answers.

Can't go to doctor because they will think I am faking it
I have the same problem in my left lung. My period pain is so bad that I hyperventilate because it distracts me from my cramps and I end up passing out from it throughout the day. I am now on day 3 of my period and my lung pain is intense today. Yesterday I passed out twice (day 2) and the day before (day 1) I passed out 5 times from hyperventilating due to menstrual cramps. I coughed up some blood in the morning the day before my period started (24 hours before). I also had a bloody nose starting several days before. It could be due to the fact that I was also getting over a sinus infection so I doubt my period had anything to do with my nose bleeds. The coughing up of blood could have also been from the nose blood draining into the back of my throat. My lung pain is very intense though today and it is my left lung. It feels as if it is sticking together and I do not want to breathe because of it. Breathing is hard work for me and last night I wanted to go to the hospital to get put on a breathing machine because I am tired of breathing. I just want a break. I know that the doctors won't take me seriously though and they will just think I am complaining of cramps so that is why I am not going in to see anyone.
