hiya Guys. Just wondering if anyone had any idea's on a problem that ive had for the past 5 years. The problem seems to start in my nose. I get excessively thick mucus that sticks in the back of my throat. Although this is really annoying its not the main reason im looking for help. The main problem comes when i try to do any exercise. I used to be extremely fit and active but when the problem started i found that after only a few minutes of exercise i had mucus and flem coming off my lungs and found it impossible to get enough air to play the sports i enjoy. Ive tried running every day to keep on top of the gunk, although this helps a little its still not anywhere near good enough to continue to play.

Ive obviously been to the doctors and have had all types of medicines and sprays. Ive been tested for allergies, reflux acid and even had an operation on my nose to cure my deviated septum. The 3 ENT specialists ive seen cant seem to find the problem, and they have basically told me that its something that ive got to live with.

A few months before the problem started i broke my left collar bone and now my body is completely out of line. My left rib cage is about 2 inches higher than the right but once again by doctors dont seem to think that this would cause my problem. I find myself sneezing alot and no matter how hard i try to clear my lungs nothing seems to help.

The problem seriously effects my day to day living and im looking for any advice or ideas on what could be causing the problem and ways to get my lungs and ribs back into line.

Thanks David Rolling Eyes Rolling Eyes Rolling Eyes Rolling Eyes
