Q: Breath smells of alcohol

Why would someone's breath smell like achocol if they are not drinking? I have been checked for diabetes and they stated i do not have that disease. I do have a lot of heart problems, open heart surgery, stents, defibillator, etc and take a lot of medicine but my friends have told me my breath smells like achocol when i have not or do not drink.
