i took a test last week and it was negative but i still have no period. could i still be pregnant even if the home pregnancy test said negative? i just had a baby in october and i breast feed her could that be the reason for the missed preiod? please help me! Question

you might want to see your doctor and ask for him or her to do a test.
it might be because you are breast feeding.

No, breastfeeding does not affect a pregnancy test if you're using a urine test.

But it may make your cycle a little irregular.

My son is 2 months and i breastfeed all the time.Im not on any type of birth-control and Im about 1 week late of starting my period. I've taken 2 home pregnancy test they both come back negative could I be pregnant?

You could be pregnant. Breast feeding is not a fool proof 'birth control'. You will ovulate before you have your next period, but will have no idea when that could be. Always use some method of birth control (barrier methods work great while breast feeding!).

Sounds like you aren't pregnant right now or if you were, you wouldn't be far enough along for your hormone levels to change enough to trigger a test.
