Q: Breast tenderness causes ?

Could there be anyother reasons why my breasts could be sore other then being pregnant? I'm pretty sure they're done growing so I don't think that's the case but what else could they be?

A woman's hormone levels chage from one day to the next depending on where she is in her cycle. Sometimes this change in hormones can cause breast tenderness.
