Babies can get infected with HIV from the milk of the mother if the mother is infected with HIV. There is not enough HIV in breast to cause infection but since babies are so small and their immune system is low, they get infected that way.
For adults, sucking a breast does not cause HIV nor does licking the navel.
If you were to show signs of HIV from a supposed risk activity of a year ago, you would have shown those signs a long time ago.

for your depression and if you are still worried about HIV, I recommend another test. It is the only way to clear your mind.
