Breast soreness and hormones

Breasts tend to become sore due to hormonal changes. The soreness is usually related to certain part of the menstrual cycle, most often several days before the start of the period.
Sore breasts are, also one of the signs of pregnancy. Again it is caused by hormonal changes.
You might want to visit your gynecologist to check for pregnancy or to have your sex hormone blood levels checked for some changes caused by hormonal disorder.
