I had a C-Section 5 months before.I am breastfeeding my son.In this 5 months, two times I got breast pain followed by shivering and fever.First time Doctor told "It was due to excess of milk". But Second time I got pain even when the milk is less and immediately with in one hour I got fever.
I used Dolo 650 medicine for temporary relief prescribed by Doctor.
Can you please let me know why it is happening like this and what should I do.
