Q: Breast pain and anxiety disorder

i had anxiety disorder since 2006, ad now i developed left breast pain radiating to my shoulder and ribcage, i experienced also of indigestion, some headache, feeling of fainting....please help me i need some answers...

I have that too with anxiety. I have the indigestions, mild headaches when I get them, and sometimes the dizzy that makes you wonder if you'll faint. I get a pain under my left breast that just flashes for a second, then goes away. I believe it is just gas build up, from the stuff are bodies release during periods of high anxiety. It's pretty scary huh? I have been diagnosed with high anxiety with panic episodes, but I still wonder how they can tell that without doing tests on your heart.
