Hello everyone. We're really concerned about out 9 year old son. He has a nickle sized tender mass under his right nipple. I've done some internet research and I see that theres a thing called pubertal gynecomastia, but that's usually in the 10-12 year old range after the initial onset of puberty. He's very much still a child in that regard. He's skinny and very athletic so the mass is very noticeable. If he was in puberty, I wouldn't be as concerned, but since he's still pre-pubescent I'm worried. I'm making a doctor appointment for him in the morning, but until then, does anyone have any thoughts?
