i am considering having breast liposculpture, has anyone already had this procedure performed. I am a 36 DD and I have shoulder and back pains, my breast aren't as perky as they were before I had my two children and I would like for them to be smaller and perkier. Can anyone let me know what they think if they have has this done?

Sorry, I'm not very familiar with breast surgeries. Is that a traditional breast reduction?
