Hello,

Welcome to ehealthforum

White discharge from nipples could be due to increased prolactin hormone levels in the blood. It sometimes occurs because of excess squeezing, birth control pill intake, blood pressure medications etc.But black discharge is something of concern. It can be due to mammary duct ectasia.
You require a proper examination and investigation like mammogram.Kindly visit a Physician for evaluation.

Take Care!
