Q: Breast and mammary gland pain

I have re located to a new country. My periods are always 28days. The first month it was absolutely normal, however i felt that my right breast (only mammary glands) were paining. The pain did not reduce even after my periods. Slowly reduced but was did not stop paining. the following month i got my periods in 20days and the good news is the breast stopped paining totally after the following periods. Well, i was not able to find any lumps. However as my mammary gland was paining, i am worried if this could comeup with any health problem. Is pre menstraul cycle normal/ want to know wht just happened to my cylce and breast swelling last month ?

I would definitely have this checked out with a doctor...They will probably perform a mammogram to be sure there is not a problem...

Well Carolina, the problem is totally solved. apparently i have a new problem.

As mentioned, i have relocated from Bangalore, India to Abu Dhabi. Its been appox 2monts that i am here.... i always have 28day cycle so far in my lyf. After relocation the first time it was perfect 28days thats when the breast problem started and the next periods were in 15days and that day my breast pain ended. now the following cycle again i got it in 15days. This has never happend. Ofcourse my diet has changed as backhome my mom was cooking and here my husband and myself cook.
I eat more than what i normally eat whn my mom cooks. need help if any suggestions?
